Our client located in the Matheson and McLaughlin area of Mississauga is seeking a senior customer service representative for a long term, full time opening starting immediately.The company supplies a diverse line of high performance systems and components to the commercial vehicle industry that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Main job functions:
- Customer Support via Telephone & Email Communication
- Pricing Analysis and Calculations
- Receiving and Inventory Processing / Management
- Trouble Shooting File / Order Discrepancies
- Customer File Maintenance
- Order Entry (CRM software)
Requirements
- Post Secondary education
- Experience with excellent proficiency in CRM software applications (ie Oracle / SAP)
- Previous experience with pricing in a manufacturing / distribution company is an asset
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently and be self sufficient to prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to cooperatively work with team members
Terms:
- 6 – 8 months
- Clear background check
- Able to work full time, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00
- Available to start immediately
- Job Type: Full time
- Hourly Rate $18.00 to $20.00 / hour plus 4% vacation pay
